Religious discussions 4

Welcome to our blog, Man needs God
and this post, religious discussions 4
-

Here again we will be discussing the Bible creation of mankind.

Religious discussions 4

Whenever we discuss religious issues, whichever way we look at it we have to say that religions are really so complex that we could go on forever arguing about what is right and what is wrong: which religion is good and which one is not that good; what beliefs could be true and what cannot be true at all, and above all, does God really exist or is it all a human invention? These questions about religions have been there for ages, they are very true today as they were in the past and would for sure arises in the future if we are not able to find a satisfactory way that explains religions in a better way than the explanations that we have today. In fact in the future it might become more urgent to find a good answer to these religious questions.
It is going to be so, because now that the people could learn a lot faster than they used to learn before, since most people have access to a computer and the computer makes it easy to find any information we want, we should ask ourselves what is going to happen to religions when the people realise that there are so many religions in the whole wide world beside their own religious beliefs.
Is it possible that the earth people will ignore this new found knowledge and continue to believe in religions just the way that they have believed for thousands of years?
Or perhaps people will see all these existing religions and they will start to believe that religions could be manmade, this subject we are going to discuss in our next hub, because we believe that these religious questions are complex and need to be explained somehow.
Now having come so far writing many articles about religions, we believe that we have to continue to write about religions, in the hope that with the help of our religious friends and perhaps God, we may be able to find or suggest a way that will explain religions in a modern way, that is if there is a way and we are able to find it and then publish it here for you to read.
With this decision in mind as I have made up my mind that somehow I am going to talk to our religious friends again about religions, I have to explain to them that the reasons why I want to talk to them is that I would like to find out more about religions and how they could help me achieve my goal, in the hope that I would be able to see how religions could or would become in the future.
Now that I have explained to our readers what is on my mind, all I have to do is to meet with our religious friends and start discussing these religious issues.
-------------------------------------

Calling on our religious friend

Calling on my friend Mark
A few days after the meeting that I have talked about in the last few posts, I was thinking that perhaps I should invite some of my friend’s home again, but this involved to tell them what I wanted to do or find another excuse to invite them, but in the end I decided to visit first my more serious and trusted friend Mark, as I wanted to talk to him one to one instead of talking with all my other friends religious or otherwise together.
So, one day I went to see Mark at his home knowing that this was his day off from work, when I arrived at his home there was this other friend with him, but anyhow it was John the bloke that read the end of the Bible in one of our previous posts; The end of time discussions, therefore the presence of John did not worry me, since John is a religious bloke and religions is what I wanted to talk about. The reason that John was there is that he lives up the street and he was going to the shops past Mark house, he saw that Mark was there and decided to stop just to exchange a few words with him.
So when I arrived John was about to leave, but my arrival stopped him, as Mark invited me and him back inside to have a cup of tea or drink something.
Anyhow we set down and we started to talk, and soon I was talking about a short chance meeting that I had with Gino and Peter the previous day and the short religious talk that I had with them, so I told Mark and John in detail what was said thus;
Gino and Peter believe that man cannot be created from plain dirt, because even God must be subject to the laws of physic or natural laws, and anyhow, if there is really a God, then this God will use first of all the natural laws to create anything.
And then they came up with this theory that the Hebrews wanted their God more powerful than any other god and they invented a god so powerful that could even create a man from dirt.
They backed this theory up with some other ways of reasoning that somehow could make sense.
Now, I have come here to have a friendly talk, and also, I have come here to talk about this and see just what do you think about this theory of Gino and Peter. Do you think that it is possible what they have said?
Now if you believe that that could be possible, then for the first time we seem to have explained the Bible in a different way, so, from now on we have a real challenge ahead of us, as we might find many other religious writings in the Bible that might need to be explained in a new way, and the reason why they have been written the way they have been written.
Now I would like to know what you think about Gino and Peter theory, then I would like to imagine that we really could do something important, therefore I would like to ask what do you think we could do to find out more about how to solve these present religious problems, you know already that I am keen to write this religious theory and suggest to the world the theory, I know that it is only going to be a simple religious theory that I have in mind, but it could be a start of a new religious way, at least I hope we could do it.
Anyhow this post is becoming too long, so we will continue to talk about this subject in our next post, and see what Mark and John have to say.
May God bless us all?

Preventing a religious argument

MAN NEEDS GOD. We believe that, there is only one God throughout the universe and God is the universal life force that guides and gives life to the entire universe. Therefore every living thing is part of God life force, since God is the essence of all life in the universe.
-
Welcome to our blog, Man needs God
and this post, Preventing a religious argument
-

The Bible sometimes says things that have several meanings.

The creation and the creation of mankind, is one of those things that today is hard to believe that it has happened just the way it is written in the Bible.

Preventing a religious argument
Dear readers, to understand the beginning of this post, one need to read our previous post called “religious discussion”, where we had reached the stage of this discussions that sounded more like an argument than just discussions between John and Gino.
Anyhow, up to this point the rest of the group I, Mark and a couple of other guys were talking various things, while at the same time I was paying attention to what Gino and John were talking about, just because I thought that Gino could really upset John somehow, and I knew that I was right to think about that because something was going to happen right now, therefore I had to do something to prevent this religious argument escalate. So, I winked at Mark and pointed out to him that something needed our attention so to speak, and we moved closer to Gino and John, and then I said:
You two really seem that you want to solve the world religious problems right away, don’t you? But I have to tell you that it is very unlikely that we would be able to find a way out by carrying on and arguing the way you two do, because it is more likely that we can find a way out if we happen to have the same views on this religious subject.
Now since you have started this conversation about creation and evolution, which seems to be the most important piece of evidence that we all want to find out one way or another that is if we can find any evidence either way. The point is here that we need that evidence to decide about our religious beliefs, and also about how much creation really took place, and what could have been the role of evolution at the same time, in other words how the creation of mankind happened.
Here I stopped talking for a few seconds, so that I could reflect about what I could say next, and then I resumed speaking;
I have reasons to believe that in order to find any resolution to these religious questions we need to break our information source in small pieces and decide with our own mental capacity and logic common sense, if what is being presented to us can be true or not. In other words anything that is presented to us we must question the questionable and answer those questions truthfully.
Now since Gino and John have started this conversation about creation, let us try if we would be able to do something about it?
So, may I have the attention of everybody present, as I want to ask you these questions about the creation of man?
Do you really believe that man was created from God exactly as the Bible says?
After you answer this question there will be more questions like:
If answer is negative, then the question is why not?
So, please answer my first question: do you believe that man was created from God the same way as the Bible says?
------------------------------------------------

Some answer to my question/s

John answer
Of course, that is the only way possible for man to be created, because God is the creator of everything, it says so in the Bible and the Bible is the word of God.
Gino answer
I have to say that I am a Christian, but even though I am a Christian and believe in many things that I have been told to believe in this religion, I doubt very much that God has created man from plain earth soil there must be another explanation how man came about to be created and why the Bible clams that God made man from plain earth soil?
Mark answer
I see what you mean Gino, I for myself don’t see any logic for God creating man from dust, let us call it dust, because in the Bible “Genesis 3:19 says. “By the sweat of your face you shall eat bread, till you return to the ground, for out of it you were taken; for you are dust, and to dust you shall return.” But that is what is written in the Bible and there must be a good reason to say that at the time it was written it sounded good; but here we would like to find out why it was written like that, if we want to get a logic answer?
Peter answer (This is another friend that came to the meeting)
Just to say something for friendship sake, I have to say that perhaps I believe a lot like Gino, so I think that if I use my brains and logic explanation, I say that there must be another logic explanation why the Bible claims that God made man from plain earth ground, perhaps it was just because it sounds impressive.
Mike answer (this is another friend at the meeting, he may be an atheist?)
What I want to say here is that really we are living in the 21st century and we know a lot more now than when the Bible was written, so, by logic explanation hearsay from well educated people and my own intelligence says that God did not make man from earth ground, because that may very well be an impossible thing to do even for God. This answer is given assuming that God exists; you see God may even not exist What about that?
Frank (me the writer)
I see every one of you has got a different view or beliefs about how man was created, so we need to ask more questions to find out the reasons why it is like that.
So, let me see what I could ask you next time.
Dear readers, do you see what we mean? This is how religions are today and people will move away from religions if they cannot be explained better in the future. So it is up to us to do something that may help humanity understand these religious things; perhaps it may not be the way that religious people see it, but we need to work on it and here I would suggest that perhaps a new way of interpreting religious books could be helpful, or even perhaps a new religious theory that would allow God and the forces of nature to work together; in other words God would use evolution to create all living things and everything else. We may have to think hard if this could be possible? May God guide us?
After these religious discussions above, we started to talk about other issues that are not worth writing here, since we would like to keep these articles just for religious talks?
See you next time.
May God bless us all?

Religious discussions

MAN NEEDS GOD. We believe that, there is only one God throughout the universe and God is the universal life force that guides and gives life to the entire universe. Therefore every living thing is part of God life force, since God is the essence of all life in the universe.
-
Welcome to our blog, Man needs God
and this post, Religious discussion
-

It is usually a good sign when people from different religions meet and talk their differences.

Some people meet and talk all sorts of issues, whether these discussions are religious or otherwise is not going to make a great difference, because a meeting is successful only when people reach an agreement.

Religious discussions

As anyone can see, these articles are being written to discuss and overcome some of those religious difficulties that arise today, in order to do that we can say that this is a religious study of how religions serve humanity since humanity needs God and religions, therefore we will continue to discuss these issues, in the hope of finding a way how to overcome those difficulties.
So this post is Religious discussions three, being also part of Prayers for Reconciliation and a chapter of our religious writings and the continuation of discussions two, in our post “The western world religions”, where we left with Gino wanting to talk to our friend John in an aggressive way, so let us see what he had to say?
Dear readers, in order to make it easier for you to understand what is happening, and before we write Gino speech down, or should we say before we write Gino argument with John, we would like to let you know what sort of a bloke Gino is; you see Gino sometimes likes to make an argument out of anything, religiously Gino is a Christian or Christian agnostic, sometimes depends on the way he feels he may even act as an atheist, so we wonder what he is going to say to John next.
Now let us say who is John; well John is a very religious bloke that really believes in his Jehovah witness religion, so everything for John is exactly as the Bible says. Now as we have already said in my last post, Gino seems keen to talk to John, therefore looking at these two friends we are just curious how this religious discussion or debate is going to be like. So let us see first what Gino is going to say to John:
--------------------------------------------------------

 A religious debate or discussions

After my conclusion on Mark speech in our last post, Gino approaches John and starts to talk to him thus:
Gino to John
Hey John did you hear Mark speech; he knows a lot about religions, doesn’t he? So now that you have heard all that religious stuff, and knowing that there are lots of other religions in the world just because man needs God somehow, I am asking you this, are you still going to think the same and follow your Jehovah witness religious beliefs as if it is the only possible way to go in your religious ways? Or are you going to be just like one of us and be open to any religious discussion or comment and sometimes accept that comment. You see one could never be sure if what we have been told about God and other religious beliefs are true or not. What do you say to that?
John to Gino
Look Gino, Mark may know a fair bit about religions, I will give you that; but you have to admit that what he has said is only general knowledge, that is the way I feel about his speech; also I need to add that I am not convinced that religious things are exactly the way he said, so I am still one hundred per cent sure that I am right about my own religious beliefs, because I believe that the Jehovah Witness religion is the only true religion, so, I am not going to change my beliefs at all based on Mark speech Okay.
Gino to John
John, you are really a believer and believe in God and whatever is written in the Bible, but really you should think again about your beliefs, as you have heard there are a lot more religions in the world, so, there may be, I say may be that one of these other religions might be right and your beliefs are not. Look I don’t really want to be hard on your religious beliefs here, but there are a lot of people that think otherwise, in fact there are even people that do not believe in God at all as you may know, in fact there are good intelligent people that reckon that God does not exist and there was no creation as the Bible says, because there is no need for a god to create life, you see it is possible that simple life just came about by itself, and then with the passing of time it grew and became the way it is today through evolution, you know there is a theory about this issue.
John to Gino
I am sorry to say this Gino, but today you sound to me that you have become an atheist; I thought that somehow you were a Christian and that you believed in God somehow, I believe that I have made a mistake in judging you a Christian, because today you don’t sound like a Christian at all, you know what I mean, a Christian is a person that believes in God and fears God, because he wants God to see that he deserves better or perhaps eternal life?
Gino to John
I know that John, but you see I just wanted to see what you thought about religions, let me say outside your Jehovah wetness religion. For instance, do you really believe that God created everything in seven days like the Bible says, or do you have some doubts about creation yourself?
John to Gino
There you are you are indeed an atheist and next thing you are going to say to me, that through evolution and the forces of nature everything created itself and that we are monkeys that through evolution have become humans. You know what I mean, monkeys eating bananas, do you see a monkey in yourself and me or do you see a person. Just listen to me Gino, monkeys are monkeys and cannot be anything else, and humans are people just like Adam who was created as a person, like God said in his own image, don’t you see that?
Here I would like to stop as this post is already long enough, and we will continue this story in our next post called; Preventing a religious argument.

The western world religions

MAN NEEDS GOD. We believe that, there is only one God throughout the universe and God is the universal life force that guides and gives life to the entire universe. Therefore every living thing is part of God life force, since God is the essence of all life in the universe.
-
Welcome to our blog, Man needs God
and this post, The western world religions
-
The Bible is the most read religious book in the world. From the bible many religions were born.

The Koran is like the Bible for the Muslim people

The western world religions

Today western world religions
Most of the western world religions as we know them today start with Abraham and the Bible. The Bible in reality is a history and religious book of the Jews. Most of us believe, or have been thought to believe that the Bible is the written word of the living God, as God has spoken through his prophets.
As most of us know the Bible starts with the book of Genesis, and it starts with God creating the world, and from there it tells us briefly what happens from the creation of the world to the times of Abraham.
When Abraham was 99 God appeared to Abraham and said I am El Shaddai (God almighty) Walk with me and be trust worthy. I will make a covenant between us and I will give you many descendants and many other things God said to Abraham.
With the covenant with God start the story of Abraham and the descendants of Abraham. Today some of the descendants of Abraham are known as the Jews. In a nutshell sometime later on, the Jews become slaves of the powerful Egyptian king, they cry to their God to help them, and God delivers them from the Egyptians with the help of their leader Moses, who has met God on Mount Sinai in the form of a burning bush, this burning bush talked to Moses and said that his name was Yahweh (which laterally means, I am who I am) the God of Abraham and he wanted to deliver his people from the Egyptian Faeroes. So, God then told Moses to go back to Egypt and help rescue his people.
After a long argument with the Egyptian Faeroes with the help of Yahweh Moses succeeds in freeing the Jews from the Egyptian Faeroes and they leave Egypt to go to the Promised Land. In the way to the Promised Land the Jews don’t do what Yahweh wants then to do and believe; and Yahweh punishes them by making them stay for forty years in the desert, that is until all those who did not believe in God were dead.
In the end the Jews reach the Promised Land and stay there for a very long time under various leaders the most known and mentioned even these days are Salomon and David. In the Bible through his prophets Yahweh promises the Jews that from the line of David will be born a man with great powers and he will be the messiah to the Jews and the world, this great man will let the world know about everything that there is to know about religions and lead the world.
So, the messiah is born in the form of our Lord Jesus Christ at the time when the Promised Land is occupied from the Romans; the Jews hope and believe that the messiah is going to be their king and be able to deliver them from the Romans that were occupying their Promised Land. But when they saw that Jesus Christ was not what they wanted him to be, they found a way how to eliminate him by crucifying him with the help of the Romans. But the follower of Jesus Christ continued to believe in Jesus Christ and thus a new religious era was born, Christianity. At the same time the Jews rejected Jesus as the messiah and continued in believing God in the same old ways of their religious order.
-------------------------------------
There are many Christian religions
Christianity is a general name that includes many religions; they all come from the Bible.
So, as we can see Christianity is a continuation of the religious laws and beliefs of Abraham and Moses, but after the death of Jesus Christ and many other happenings it split away and became another religion in its own rights as we know it today. Of course Christianity took a long time to become the main religion of the western world as we all know, because at the beginning it was not accepted and many people died martyrs just because they believed in this new religious order of Christianity, history is full of many prosecutions that the new Christian had to endure before they became accepted as a religious order. There are reasons to believe that Christianity became accepted under the Roman emperor Constantine the great early in the fourth century AD. Emperor Constantine was the first Roman emperor that converted to Christianity.
Christianity nowadays has got several orders like the Roman Catholic, Orthodox, Lutherans, Anglicans and many others. As we can see all these religions have come from the Bible, and one can go on talking about these religions for a long time, if one has to explain them better, So, I better stop talking about them now, as there is another main religion that I would like to talk about now, which is the Islamic religion.
-----------------------------------------------

Islam, Koran book is their Bible.

Islam religion
There are reasons to believe that the Koran also comes from the Bible, and even though today we (the western world) seem to be so far away from our brothers Muslims the fact remains that they are descended of Ishmael first son of Abraham and Hagar the Egyptian maidservant, then Abraham had his second son was Isaac with his wife Sarah: These two are the most important two children of Abraham, and therefore we can say that through Abraham we are brothers with the Muslims.
Now, I would to say that we should really try at least to read some of the Koran, so that we might be able to understand what these Muslims are talking about. Therefore we need to put aside those extremists fanatic that in their twisted way seem to think that they need to kill those that do not follow their religion.
Anyhow, I have read part of the Koran and it seems to me that God is the same God of Abraham, and it says so many times, the only difference is that they call their God Allah instead of Yahweh, and have many different laws compared to our laws. So we still need to learn a lot more before we pass our own judgment on this religion?
(Writer comment) So hereunder is a link that might take you to the Koran, let us hope it works in hub pages.
----------------------

Speech conclusions

I need to say that there are a lot more religions in the world today which have come from different civilizations, and we could go on and make a list of them all and it will be a long list. Anyhow here and now, our task is to find which one is the most suitable to use, or to make up another religion capable of satisfying the human need for religions. As we have already said before, Man needs God. And we have also said that God is hope for those who need hope most.
That is all I want to say now, as my speech has been too long and some of you wonder when I am going to stop. Thanks for listening anyhow.
----------------------------
Frank short comment
At the end of Mark speech we all were congratulating Mark and saying that he knew more than most of us about religions, and that we surely would reflect on what he had said: I said I am sure that our friends here are going to discuss a lot more about religions because of what you said, so let us see what they are going to argue about soon. Look over there, I see our friend Gino looking at John as if he wants to speak to him, perhaps he is going to have a good interesting chat with him presently. We might even have a laugh Ha, ha, ha.
My dear readers, let us postpone what Gino and John are going to argue about for next article, because I believe that I have said enough in this post. But, let me say briefly what sort of conclusion we can find in Mark speech. The only conclusion that I can see, is that there is no conclusion at all, because religions are very complex and we are going to need a lot of time to sort them out, if we have the courage and strength to continue to look for a solution.
My dear readers, this is not the end of the meeting and if you would like to see what happened next at the end of Mark speech you have to wait when I post our next article; Religious discussions three.

More religious discussions

MAN NEEDS GOD. We believe that, there is only one God throughout the universe and God is the universal life force that guides and gives life to the entire universe. Therefore every living thing is part of God life force, since God is the essence of all life in the universe.
-
Welcome to our blog, Man needs God
And this post, more religious discussions

There are many religions in the entire world, and everyone of them seem to do their job, when they are applied as they are supposed to be applied, but with some of them it is very easy to do the wrong things?

Religious discussions two

This religious article is being written to continue our discussions on all sorts of religious issues, as it is necessary to widen our base, therefore we are going to bring other people to discuss some of those issues because we believe that a group discussion may be helpful to understand what people may think about religions.
As you know dear readers, in our last article we have outlined a few things about the need to discuss the religions problems that exist today, therefore, I have invited a few religious friends to have a friendly chat or discussions about these religious issues.
So, let these discussions begin by informing our friends what we would like to talk about today.
My personal introduction
My dear friends at this meeting today I have something to tell you, you see, it looks like that I need your help, so let me briefly explain. As you all know already I am writing these religious articles and because the matter is so complex I would like to ask your opinion, because opinions count and what you are going to say could help me. You see I see problems ahead with today religious beliefs, so, I wish I could come up with a solution to today’s religious problems. Some of you might say why you have to worry about these public problems? I know you are right to say that, but somehow I am being driven by my inner self to do this, so, it is not easy to just forget about it. Anyhow, what I would like here is to discuss with you these problems and see if we could come up with a solution, or perhaps a suggestion about which way to go, so the knowledge or beliefs of each and every one of you could be very useful to say the least, this is the main reason why I have invited you to come together at my place, apart that we enjoy to stay together and talk about anything at all.
Anyhow, now that we are here I invite you to discuss our religious beliefs and I ask you not to hold back on anything that comes to your mind, because you and I are here to find and perhaps suggest new ways of dealing with this very old religious problem, as you can see in our last article if you follow our religious writings we have said that we are trying to come up with a way on how to discuss religious issues without upsetting very religious people, therefore we need to do it in such a way that would not upset religious people.
Now, I would like to ask you to have your say, if you would like to take part in this undertaking and talk about all existing religions and what they mean to you? Therefore I would be asking you in turn to have your say if you are taking part in these religious discussions. I know some of you don’t know what to say today, but perhaps later on you want to say what could be on your mind.
Anyhow today to begin with I have already asked my dear friend Mark to have something ready to say to you all, so that these religious discussions may really begin. So, Mark please let we hear what you have to say?
-------------------------------

Mark religious speech

Mark opening speech
Dear friends, I don’t really know how to start with, but first of all I need to say that I feel honoured to be the first to be invited to speak to you about religions.
So, today we are going to speak about all sorts of religions and what we think about them, here I have to say that with so many religions around it is hard to start in any way; and also, here I have to say that although I know a bit about religions from some reading I have done a while ago, I have reason to believe that I don’t know enough to positively assure you that what I am going to say next is right or not, it is just the way I see religions, and you have to accept it as it is, because as it is, it is just a way of how I see religions today, perhaps tomorrow I may have to change my views and beliefs, who knows?
In order to start my religious speech I have chosen only a few of the main religions that I am going to talk about; but first of all I have to say that religions for us humans are necessary, as we feel this in-borne need to belong to some sort of religions, because we have always felt the need to believe in God and something supernatural that would or could help us when we feel unable to cope with something that is or seems to be stronger than ourselves.
Having said that, now let us see how some of the main religions have set themselves up, in order to achieve that and be able to explain to their people their religious beliefs. Anyhow in my speech here I am going to be brief and therefore I am only talking about the main beliefs and from where they seem to have started. As we all know, or perhaps I should say that we all should know that the most important two religions of the world today are: The religions that come from the Bible and Hinduism, which have split and evolved to other religions, of course there are other religions but we could say that they are a minority, and there are of course the old pagan religions that are not used anymore, since Christianity was able to replace them fully.
-
Now, let us start with Hinduism

The Laws of Manu is a Hindu religious book where the great sage Manu is being asked from other sages, and here is described most of the religious facts.

I am starting with the Hindus religions just because it is believed that they are the first to be written in a text, or bits and pieces of writings that later on would become a written text.
One of these books that I have read is, The Laws of Manu: The Laws of Manu explained in a nutshell that an ever existing force or energies has always existed, in the great darkness that existed before the world was born; this Self existing force or energy called (Svayambhu or something like that.) These existing energies were so complex that they were/are unknowable and unfathomable, anyhow this field or force of energy in the beginning seeded an egg and this egg became Brahman the progenitor of the whole world, Brahman split in two and created the world as we know it. Of course there is a lot more to this great Indus religion, specially how the people and the different cast were born, and we will come back to discuss it another day, but this is somehow how the Hinduism was started.
As I said in the beginning we will be talking only about the very main parts of religions in a nutshell, because every religion has a never ending story to tell, and also Hinduism is a very complex religion; for instance, if we want to find out and write the names of those Indus religions and their gods, it would fill many pages.
Anyhow, another of these religions that came from these Indus religions is Buddhism; at the beginning it was part of this Indus religions, but Budda set it up in a more advanced way, Budda is born in a royal family in 624 BC so he is a prince, he was named Siddhartha, he was born with his own destiny, as he was going to be the one that knows everything, the enlightened one and the founder of the Buddhism.
Today one of the best known religious leaders of Buddhism is the Tibetan Dalai Lama. There is a lot more to say about this religion, but this has got to do for the moment.
-----------------------------

 The old western religions

Paganism was the old western religions
The pagan gods as some of us would know when we learned history
Before Christianity, while in Asia Hinduism was one of the most important religions; in Europe were the pagan gods. Some people say that in the beginning of paganism, it seems that one of the oldest and most powerful gods was Saturn; this god Saturn had three sons, that one day replaced Saturn as the king of the gods: the first son of Saturn was Jupiter who became king of the gods who lived on Mount Olympus Greece, the second one was Neptune who was king of the seas, and the third was Pluto king of the underworld or the dead. There were lots of other gods, goddesses like Apollo the sun god, Mars the war god Eros and Venus the gods of love and many gods and demigods and others that filled the void of any supernatural beliefs. But I believe that it would be better for me to come back another time to talk about them? Or perhaps just we have to let them be the way they are, since these Gods have been replaced with a new and very powerful God in the western world. However let us have a quick look at them.

Some later Olympus gods, if you look for more details how it all started use the link that we have attached in The Primordials

However we have found a hub that is very interesting and we would like to partly say a very few things about it, and then give you the link to see for yourself: (and we quote)
The Primordials
Before there was anything, there was Chaos. Unlike the Chaos that Egyptians knew as the beginning of all things which represented disorder, the Greek concept meant a state of nothingness.
From Chaos there came Gaea, also known as Earth, Tartarus, the deepest pit within the ground, Erebus who was darkness, and Nyx, or night. These four beings were called the primordial deities.
This link above is the link for this hub called, “The Golden Age: The First Greek Deities”
We hope it works for you.
We believe that this post is becoming too long, so we will continue these religious discussions in our next post called, The western world religions, where we will be talking about the Christian religions, starting with Abraham; See you there.
