The Bible is the most read book in the world, it is a religious and historic book of the Israelite, it was written bit by bit for about seventeen centuries. from this book several western religions derive, all Christianity Judaism etc. and even the Islamic religion. They stopped writing it about the second century AD for various reasons.

May God guide and help me to say the right religious things?

This is a study or religions and how they are serving humanity

When we look at the religions that we have today, we have not done much lately?

Today religions seem to grow stale, because there is no real new religious contribution from the people, and therefore we all seem to be living in the past in a religious way, perhaps religions are also growing stale because they are old fashioned, but above all it is because today everything else is changing quickly, and for these reasons they seem old fashioned and stale; but at the same time religions seem to go a bit out of fashion for this same reason. So, is there anything that needs to be done to reverse this negative trend? Is there a need for today religious people to contribute something new, so that religions would be able to look just as attractive as they used to be in the past?

For this reason, we believe that the time has come to look at religions and what they have been able to achieve in the past for the benefit of all humanity, of course we have to admit that religions sometimes have made mistakes but overall they have worked well, so we want to learn both sides and once we have learned that, then we will have the option to decide what could be done to improve the situation, in order to keep them in touch with today trend. We have reasons to believe that in the past religions have contributed a great deal more than nowadays, but now it seems that it is has run out of steam so to speak. As we have said perhaps one of the reasons is that mankind has not changed any major religious beliefs for about two thousand years or there about, that is of course if one believes and follows religion according to the Bible and other religious books that derive from the Bible.

Of course there are other major religions in the world, which don’t have anything to do with what is written in the Bible, but we in the western world don’t know enough about them at this present time, so, our comments about them will be limited even when we write about them later on in our religious writings, that is at the time when we cannot avoid to write about them any longer. So, today this question arises what has mankind done about religions lately? I believe that we the people of this earth have not done enough to keep religions progressing at the same speed as mankind progress itself. That is why religions start looking stale to say the least; Here I would like to suggest that we really need some religious people that could contribute something to get religions back to their former importance.

Therefore today when we ask ourselves; what have we done religiously lately? I guess that the answer will be that we have not done very much at all. What I am saying here is that after the Bible was written including the New Testament no other major changes in beliefs have happened, even though later on the Koran has been written, and the book of Mormon has been written, and the authors of these two books assure us that they have written them according to some divine interventions that they personally experienced. However these two religious books always refer to religion and happenings of the Bible; so it seems to me that they derive from the religious teaching in the Bible, even when they show some new happenings.

There are also a few smaller and less known religions, which have in common the Bible, since the Bible seems to be the most important and first known religious book of the western world; for what we know it is very likely the first five books of the Bible have been written before any other existing religious book in the whole wide world; but some scholars believe that Hinduism is one of the first religions recorded.

Anyhow here let us talk about western religions, it would be right to assume that Moses wrote or caused to write these five first books in the Bible while he was for forty years in the Sinai desert, since he had to write to keep the record of what was happening and to lay down the laws that God was giving him. These writing events were happening about 1500 years before current era, which could be 3500 years ago; therefore the beginning of the Bible was being written by Moses of the house of Levi a very long time ago, these books could have been just notes to record what was important to remember. After Moses died the leaders that followed caused their scribers to continue to write in order to keep the record of all main events religious and otherwise; so, for about sixteen hundred years or there about all the main religious events were thus recorded.

Now we have to understand that the Bible, not only was a religious book of the Israelite, but is also doubled up as a history book for them until the time of Jesus Christ. When the Old Testament came to an end; and the New Testament began according to the Christian Bible and the four Gospel written in it. But later on also the New Testament came to an end, so here we have to ask, why they stopped writing the Bible.

They stopped writing the Bible

Mankind stopped writing the Bible, but what could be the reasons?

As we have said the Bible was being written for a long time, but then, mankind for various reasons stopped writing the Bible; So let us see briefly what could have been the reasons, one of these reasons could be that after the Jews crucified the lord Jesus Christ they went their own way, because, as it happened, religion became split and the followers of Jesus Christ followed their own beliefs, but the Jews kept believing what they had always believed, so the history book of Israel the Bible was not continued as before, and if it was it is not written in the Bible as we know it today?

As we all know the Bible as we Christians know it ends with the four Gospels Mathew, Mark, Luke and John, and then the apostle acts various other writers, some other letters and then it ends with the book of Revelation; this is how the Bible ends even today. Now it is necessary to point out that John the writer of Revelation is not the same John who wrote the gospel, and it was written a long time after Jesus death, some scholars say 190 AD, anyhow the book of Revelation is a very allegoric book and tries to control people, in a way or another, it starts very strong and ends very strong. 

The book of Revelation states this and I quote:

(This is the revelation given by God to Jesus Christ so that he could tell his servants about the things that are now to take place very soon; he sent his angel to make it known to his servant John.-- And John has written down everything he saw and swears it is the word of God guaranteed by Jesus Christ. Happy the man who reads this prophesy, and happy those who listen to him, if they treasure all it says, because the Time is close.) End of quote.

Revelation also ends with a very strong warning, or one could say a curse to anyone who would change anything that the writer John has written, so it is almost freighting and this is perhaps another reason to take into account, why the Bible has stopped being written; but I believe that we have already talked about this Bible ending in another article, the second meeting, John’s speech; and again in other places, this is one link to check it out Biblical discussions  and again we have mentioned this in Bible review about Bible curses. I am not going to repeat that in full here, so I am going only to state that this could be the cause, therefore about the Bible curses will have to talk another time, as there are too many subject to deal with at this present time, as we want to know what we have done.

But now to highlight the main subject at hand, we have to ask again the same question; what has mankind done to update religious beliefs? The answer would be, not very much and this is not a satisfactory answer, so, let us see what could be done in our next post, when we review our task.

We need to believe in God and religions, even if we need to look for new ways to understand our beliefs.

Second religious view point

Dear readers, this is the continuation of our previous post, ‘Religious view point’; so, our second religious view point is to try to find solutions to the existing religious problems.

Therefore in these religious writings we are bringing forward this theory, that today we the people of this world understand that some religious changes are required for many reasons, and we believe that we are ready for these religious changes to take place.

The reason why we are being able to do this now and not before, it is because we continually evolve and our understanding of religious issues and other complex things is better than before, so everything seems to be changing for the better, if we put our mind to it. It is perhaps for this reason that we feel ready to welcome a new religious age and also other changes, these changes we believe could be called the age of reason or reasoning, and this age of reason or reasoning is arriving upon us fast and we could be able to see it if we try to look for it closely.

Now we have to understand that any major changes, whatever these changes might be will bring in more changes. For these reasons we believe that in order to keep mankind believing in God and religions in general, all religious thinking must be revised, and what clashes with the new knowledge needs to be adjusted, so that, it would be easier for mankind to understand and follow, this has to include everything including religions.

Dear reader you may ask, what’s the reason for revising religion anyhow? Well, nowadays mankind sees religious things in a different way; they see many things that cannot be explained by reasoning alone, so they become suspicious about the whole religious order. I believe that in order to overcome this drawback, religion must be presented to mankind in a parallel way equal to their thinking, if you want mankind to believe in religion, otherwise people would slowly drift away from their religious beliefs, as is the case with the atheists, they don’t believe in God because God does not agree with their beliefs the way they are today.

So, the time is approaching when the old way of teaching to fear God, in the hope that our fear of God would keep us following God and we would not go astray; Today must be replaced with the love that we feel for God, and explain to the people that God will love us just because we follow His will and to fear God is not really necessary any longer, if we want to follow God and religions. 

Also the present differences between existing religions must be amended so that they run more in a parallel way to each other, all religious scripture and scientific explanations must be explained why they may be different; religious confrontation must be replaced with agreements and sound reasoning by all parties, and the whole world must be taught to believe that there is only one God throughout the universe, and that after all we all believe in the same God; which is the God that gives life to every living thing; we must do this if we want to survive and thrive with God’s help.

In this religious view point we would like to tell you that we believe that nowadays mankind would and could be ready to accept all these changes because within every man the age of reason or reasoning has already begun, even if some of us may be ahead of somebody else in this matter.

The explanation here says everything, so there is no need to say anything else.  

Some personal religious reasons

Dear readers: I am sure that now you would like to know, what were the reasons which made me come to these religious beliefs and conclusions? I can tell you that there are two main reasons: one is that I don’t agree with certain religious issues as they are being practiced and taught today, and this has guided my inborn inner self or soul and also my reasoning mind, which guides me to do what I am trying to do just now.

The other reason is more personal and it has grown within me during my life. So, let me just say that, what have made me come to these religious beliefs are many things, which have happened during my life, and some of these happenings have made me realize that I needed help, but because these happenings were very complex, I had to believe that only God would and could have been able to help me. So, I turned to God and started to pray God to help me; and the more I prayed God the more I felt that I needed to pray, because my life needs were very complex indeed. So, my religious writings here are the continuation of my prayer to God Most High, in the hope that God would help me and my family to solve our personal problems. Therefore, all these needs and prayers have made me feel as if I were being driven to write these religious writings. At the same time I feel within myself that this writing is not going to be easy for me, because I am not a real trained writer.

So dear readers; please take notice of the following statements because I believe that, I was framed by God to write these religious articles; because I feel forced to write this and the way I feel is thus:

To the most improbable, to the most incapable and to the most unlearned fellow in the whole world has fallen the great task; that task, which all the past and present learned people of the world should have solved by now and should have written it down for posterity: but they haven’t done so! So, now I have to start writing this religious theory down all by myself, in the hope that other people would feel the same way and continue in the direction that I am pointing to follow.

So, help me God our Father the Creator of the Heavens and earth, because I am going to need your help indeed to accomplish this great task. So, I pray you Heavenly Father to let me be wise and just, and let me be able to write here what I ought to write, because I am willing to try my best and write my religious theory, which will be aiming for universal religious reconciliation, but at the same time I am hoping that you would help me, because only with your help I would be able to write Prayers for Reconciliation properly, and also the rest of the religious writings that will have to follow, in the hope that we would be able to find a solution, or should we say we might be able to suggest a solution to the great religious dilemma of our life time, which mankind for so long has neglected and done nothing, perhaps for fear of making a mistake if they changed any existing religious beliefs, or perhaps just because they have been lazy; so, they have been thinking and hoping that everything would be all right just the way that it has always been.

But to me and perhaps also to a few other people it is obvious that something needs to be done, so this is the reason why I am writing this Religious view point article being a small part of Prayers for Reconciliation, and in the end Reconciliation of the Universe, and for these reasons I am praying you Father to help and guide me amen.

May God help us all to understand his will?

Welcome to our post, religious view points

May God guide and help me to write the right religious things?

In the religious world of today, there are too many religions and people believe in all sorts of religious things, therefore it is going to be necessary for us to cover a very wide range of religious subjects, so that we would be able to relate to a very wide range of people; in fact we would like to relate to all the people in the whole world if we could, even if we have to question ourselves many times over what needs to be done?

So, the first question which comes to my mind in this article is: How should we start to write our religious beliefs, so that we would be able to state clearly our religious view point, so that we are able to interest as many people as we can.

Now, let us go back to what is on our mind; since I feel that I have been called to write my religious beliefs, and therefore I should write them whichever way I could? At this point of time I feel a bit lost and am asking myself how I could continue to write them. To me it seems that I want to do the impossible by becoming a religious writer, therefore I am dreaming an impossible dream, where I want to do the impossible and reach the unreachable stars; but at the same time I am being driven by this inner force, so I keep going on, and I hope to reach where nobody has ever reached before by writing my personal religious beliefs. I know that it will be very hard for me to write my religious beliefs that I call, Prayers for Reconciliation because I am not a trained writer, and I have never written or published anything at all before now; but I must keep writing my religious beliefs, because that is what I feel within my heart, it is as if is a God sent task.

Therefore I have reason to believe that since God has made me dream this impossible dream, which is that I want to write my religious beliefs for the future benefit of all humanity. Then God will help me reach the unreachable stars and do what seems impossible to do, and therefore with God’s help I will be able to write my religious writings and fulfil my soul life-duty final goal?

But now first of all let me say something to reassure my readers. 

To anyone who is a believer and believes in God and other religious beliefs, please read my Prayers for Reconciliation and also Reconciliation of the Universe writings fully before you pass judgment and quit reading.

WHAT I WOULD LIKE TO ACHIEVE IN THESE RELIGIOUS WRITINGS

We will have to set the stage for the entire world to see.

And whoever will read our writings might have to agree.

That here we are trying to find a way to God for all humanity;

In order to stay in touch with God-spiritual-life-force for eternity

So, I am praying God our Father to guide and help me.

Let me explain my prayer here-under: Because I am a Roman Catholic born and baptised, I start to pray and call on my God with the sign if the cross, if you are from another religion start to pray your own ways.

My prayer to God;

Yahweh (Jehovah Allah) our Father in heaven, to you I turn God Most High, and I start to pray with all my heart, my soul and my mind. In the name of The-Father The-Son and The-Holy Spirit I am praying, hoping that the ever present guiding force of the Holy Spirit on earth would guide me; So that, I would be able to write Our religious view point post as humanly as possible according to your will. Father, hear my prayer and guide me! Amen.

OUR FIRST RELIGIOUS VIEW POINT

In order to make it easier for me to write and make sense, and then for the readers to understand, we have split this particular article of my Prayer of Reconciliation writings in two religious view points. In this first religious view point we are going to talk about a list of subjects, which we believe we need to talk about in order to clarify our religious view points.

We all know dear readers that religion is a belief and beliefs sometime leaves the believer in doubts. Because of these inner doubts religion makes people ask many questions, hoping that by asking these questions those doubts may become clarified by somebody; therefore these questions need to be answered properly in order for the people to keep believing in religion. And this is what we really want to try to achieve in our own ways here.

Now while I am thinking how to start to write this huge task ahead of me, it is becoming obvious that there are too many ways to go about it, therefore I feel that I am going to be very careful to choose the right things to say and say them the right way. Now the most important part of it all is that we have to try and sound convincing to our readers, because they really have to believe in what they are going to read in these religious writings, if they are going to believe in our religious writings and religion at all. So, in order to achieve that, we believe that we have to take our readers through some of the same process which I have been through myself, even though it might become a long and repetitive process, because some repetitions would be hard to avoid, if we have to sound convincing to people about these religious writings.

So I believe that at least I have to explain to our readers a few ways on how I became a believer, and how and why I believe in my own religious beliefs nowadays.

I believe that we are born with this inborn sense that we need to believe in a higher being who is guiding us, and that would be able to help us in case we need help? Therefore the best way for us to achieve that is that we have to put forward a few points of view, which will explain some of our theories and why we have to believe in religion.

Then we will have to learn about existing religions as much as we can, and we will have to comment about the existing religions the best way we can, and in doing so we have to point out what are the weaknesses of nowadays religions, and if possible what can be done to reinforce or correct them. In order to achieve that, we need to have a religious theory in place, and finally how do we write our religious theory?

Within my imagination I can see that there are too many subjects to deal with, and there are too many ways to go about and there are too many questions that we have already asked ourselves as we keep going on. So, I think that perhaps the best way to start writing our religious theory would be to make a list of those items, subjects, questions and ideas, and then deal with them one by one.

So, whenever I think of a new subject or question I will be writing them under this article of our Religious view points, so that one day, we might be able to sort them out the best way we can while we are going on writing our religious theory of Prayers for Reconciliation, which in the last part will laterally become and be called; Reconciliation of the universe. Reconciliation of the Universe is only the name that we have given to this theory and it will not solve all the existing religious problems, as the name suggests; but it will give humanity a direction saying that if we go along with this religious theory we may be better off, because some of the religious problems that we have today could be overcome more easily.

As we have said we have split this view points in two sections, so we will be talking about the second viewpoint in our next post; see you then.

What sort of religion we need.
The big bang theory is a theory that assumes that a very long time ago there was a big explosion in the universe and from this big bang the universe was formed, it was spontaneous, so there was no need of a creator like God?

What sort of religion could achieve that?

May God help us to say the right religious things?

So we are looking to connect the existing religions of today to a new ways of beliefs; we believe that it could work if we would believe that there is only one God throughout the universe, and this God is the life giver of the entire universe, so, we believe that God is the life giver to every living thing, and therefore there is definitely a link between God and our life on earth, even if this extended belief would be a bit different from what the Bible has been teaching us for thousands of years and still is teaching us today, it still would be a religious belief about God and this new link would be able to connect all religions together, we hope you see what we mean.

Now, let us just assume that we have been able to find a way how to make this new religious link, and with this new religious link we are able to link the past the present and the future of religions with no difficulty and they would work in harmony from that moment on.

But, here we have also to assume that because of this new found link, which in realty has always existed in nature but we were not able to see because we had fixed religious ideas; now that we have found it we should not assume that humanity and God should really run in a parallel way and agree with each other all the time, because that’s not the case at all as we all know, just because everything changes with the passing of time, and what seems perfect today in the future may not be as perfect.

Let us look at some examples; for example, some of us believe that in the past God really came down to earth, because in His mercy He wanted to help the Israelites, so, during that time God in his wisdom gave the Israelites this general rule called, the Ten Commandments for them to follow. Nowadays all the people that are connected to the Bible, or to a similar religion more or less follow these Commandments, but we are too many different people in this world and we have too many different ideas and rules, and a strict single rule can never satisfy us all, so it could be a good idea to widen those rules, so that they could apply to the rest of the world, so that the rest of the world could live in harmony with each other.

 WAYS TO RELIGIOUS RECONCILIATION

The need to observe and learn

Reflecting on what we have just said, one has to admit that all God’s rules because they are heavenly driven they take into account mostly heavenly things; but we in this world find those rules hard to follow because we are living on earth and therefore we are earth bound. So, our main task here while we are writing is to find a way on how we could guide humanity closer to God’s ways, while at the same time we have to talk in a earthly way, so that humanity would be able to understand us and follow our religious writings and perhaps agree with them.

You see during my life I have made my own observations, I have done that just because I like to observe many things, therefore I have also made many religious observations, so today I believe that I have found a sort of solution, since I have become aware of something that might help, and this theory that is now taking shape into my mind seems to me very important, because it might be able to enlighten a bit more what seems so obscure to us now. So I believe that it is worth to pass on what I have learned for the future benefit of all humanity.

Because I have become aware of this theory, which makes me believe that something can be done for the benefit of mankind, I have reasons to believe that perhaps God has made me dream an impossible dream for me to achieve, because to achieve this dream I have to try and reach the unreachable stars.

But, if we believe in God then God might indeed let us reach the unreachable stars, therefore if I believe in God and pray God I should be able to fulfil this role and be able to write this religious theory. So let us talk about our personal religious views.

Personal religious views

Sometimes I feel that from the four corners of the universe, God is watching us closely. Although God is watching us from a distance nothing will escape God’s watchful eyes. Therefore we can say that we ought to believe in God and follow his rules, because we are all going to get back from God what we personally deserve. What I have just said is only how I personally feel about God at this point of time, but not everybody is going to agree with me, so I have to be careful about what I am going to say next.

Having said how I feel about God, now let me try to find my way what to do next: Here I have to say that I have observed that what I want to do is a very difficult task, and from my observations I have come to a conclusion that my religious writings should be written in two main parts, which would enable me to deal with two points of view of the same subject in different ways.

The first point of view is to look closely at ourselves, and then to look at the existing religious world and see where and why religions are sometime failing us.

Therefore, the first part would have to be dealing with the way of how we people of this earth feel about religion, so that we could make up our own mind if we need religion and how much we need religion, then we should examine those existing religious, and if we find them not adequate to today’s needs, we’ll have to see what can be done to improve them.

But that is now as easy as it sounds because of our natural instincts, since Mother Nature in order to keep us safe from all dangerous things during our lives, she has implanted in us the will to survive, this will to survive makes us very suspicious of everything, therefore we could not and would not accept everything that is being told to us, therefore we have to go through a process in order to prove to ourselves that what is being said is good for us, and then and only then we will accept it.

The second point of view is to try to find a solution to the existing religious problems.

But first, let us see how and what we could write to the people in general, in order that they would accept our first point of view and believe in what we are saying to them.

The big bang theory is a theory that assumes that a very long time ago there was a big explosion in the universe and from this big bang the universe was formed, it was spontaneous, so there was no need of a creator like God?

Mankind has always needed gods, most religions explain their gods in a way or another; but the greatest God that we know today is the god of the Israelite as in the Bible, that Moses met on Mount Sinai in the form of burning bush.

HUMANITY AND RELIGIONS

As we have seen in our previous article, where Stephen Hawking, physicist argues in a new book; God did not create the universe and the "Big Bang" was an inevitable consequence of the laws of physics. Here we may have to give Stephen Hawking that it is possible what he is saying is right, but we the people may argue otherwise, because we have always needed God and we will continue to search for God evidence. Anyhow in this article of, humanity and religions, what we are writing in here are also studies of religions, so while we are writing and discussing we learn a bit more about mankind and the need they have for religions? Which we are going to put forward our views here in the following way:

Since the beginning of recorded time mankind seems to have had this need to believe in a deity, so they have had many problems to find the right religion for themselves; you see, firstly they had to find the right God for themselves and then to follow their God’s ways, it has been so even if somehow they had invented everything themselves. Why mankind needs a God you may ask? Well, let us explain this to you the way that we see it; you see, we believe that, “Man needs God” so that they may turn for help from God if and when they need help; and at the same time, if there is a real God, God needs man also, otherwise what is a god good for if there are no believers? Therefore it is a fair exchange and both benefit from this exchange, that is why God and religions need to be the way they are today, or at least we have to try to keep them as close as possible as they are, even if we have to make some changes just to keep religions in touch with the ever changing needs of mankind.

Now that we have stated that we need some religious changes, we know that these changes bring with them some doubts to the believer; therefore, let us say something to our readers to make them understand that they don’t need to worry, because what might going to change is not much, as we are explaining once more with this article below, for my readers’ peace of mind.

To anyone who is a believer and believes in God and other religious beliefs, please read our Prayers for Reconciliation and also Reconciliation if the Universe writings fully before you pass judgment and quit reading; you see Prayers for Reconciliation is only an idealistic theory, which through discussions with other fellow believer (and perhaps non-believers) is trying to find a way on how to link all existing religions together, in the hope that they would not be able to fight each other any longer in the future on religious grounds; Reconciliation of the Universe is the theory that might be able to achieve just that.

Our Father in heaven, to you I turn God Most High, and I start to pray with all my heart, my soul and my mind. In the name of The-Father The-Son and The-Holy Spirit I am praying, hoping that you would send an heavenly angel to guide and help me, or let the ever present guiding force of the Holy Spirit on earth guide and help me; So that, I would be able to write these religious writing as humanly as possible according to your will and in such a way that humanity may accept them and use them for the future benefit of mankind. Father, hear my prayer and help me! Amen.

Humanity needs to review religions

As we have said many times and here above, we seem to argue too many times about religions, whether there is a god or not that created the universe, and many other things for that matter? We just have to look at everyday news to find something that shows religions in a bad way? Therefore, this state of religious things as they are cannot go on forever just the way they are today, it becomes obvious by just following the news that mankind is using religions to find ways to use them for their own advantage and that is not good for anyone and even worse for religions.

So, in these religious writings here, we have to try to explain what is our point of view nowadays about God and religion, and also why we find it hard to be good souls in God’s eyes and follow God’s ways; and finally suggest what could be the best way for us to find our way back to the true existing living God. Here we might have to ask; what is the right way that will take us to to accept a new world religious reconciliation?

Today, as we have seen from the previous hubs that we have written, God as we have known for thousands of years is being attacked from learned people, so, it is only a matter of time before God and religions will need to change in order to survive. I know that this is the hardest thing to do for religions, because religions are just beliefs and beliefs cannot change easily, if beliefs would change easily then those beliefs that you have believed in for so long are worth nothing.

So, what can we do one may ask?

Answer; we may have to find a way about how we can link this present days religions to the future religions, which would be so constructed that they would be able to bridge past, present and future religions, you may think that this is outrageous and we have lost our minds to suggest it; but if you know about old religious beliefs and their history, then you will see that what we are suggesting here is not out of place, because religions have always slowly changed, so there is nothing to be worried about.

What can we do then you may ask?

Well, perhaps the question would have been more to the point if we would have asked. What sort of God or religion can achieve all that?
